How to authorize users emails for fax services

I just got a email from an end users saying they tried to send a fax and received a notice that:

The email address [email protected] is not authorized to send faxes

How to remedy this? Thanks!

Hi @Gary Cooper

The answer is:

• From the Navigation bar Go to Services>Products>OfficeSuite Fax
• Locate the fax number you wish to assign
• Add the users email address.
• Select the User you wish to assign to the number

Note: More than one user a fax number is not supported.
