How to authorize users emails for fax services
I just got a email from an end users saying they tried to send a fax and received a notice that:
The email address [email protected] is not
authorized to send faxes

The answer is:
- From the Navigation bar Go to Services>Products>OfficeSuite Fax
- Locate the fax number you wish to assign
- Add the users email address.
- Select the User you wish to assign to the number
Note: More than one user a fax number is not supported.
