How to listen to a general purpose voicemail box?

We've set up an extension for general voice messages and would like for anyone to be able to listen to those messages from any station. How can we set this up, short of logging out the general extension, logging out of my extension and logging back in as the general purpose extension?

    In order to retrieve voicemail messages for another extension that is not logged into the device you're using, follow the steps below: 
    1. Press the Voicemail key on the phone.
    2. Press * (star) on the keypad.
    3. Enter the extension of the voicemail box that you're retrieving.
    4. Enter the voicemail pin of the voicemail box that you're retrieving.
    5. You will now be logged into that voicemail box and may retrieve the voicemail messages.
