Both twinning and call forward no answer set to same number?

If an extension is set for both twinning and call forward no answer, what happens when a call isn't picked up on either device?  For example, will voicemail messages be left on both?

    It appears that if you have both twinning and cfna activated, the call will end up with the cfna voicemail only.
