Updated Client User Interface (UI)
Refreshed the desktop user experience of its Meetings and Chat service. The client is now more modern, sleek, and frictionless. New Chat features include channels, personal channel, starred messages, and contacts. Chat groups have been renamed channels.
Raised Hands
Participants with raised hands appear in the order in which they were raised, rather than alphabetically
Non-Verbal Feedback
During a presentation, participants can provide non-verbal feedback without interrupting the flow of the presentation. Participants have the ability to raise their hand, signal yes or no, indicate to go faster or slower, and use emojis. The host has the ability clear all non-verbal feedback indicators at any time.

BREAKOUT ROOM ENHANCEMENTS
Calendar Integration with Office 365 and Google Calendar
OfficeSuite HD Meetings that are on the user’s calendar can be reflected on the HD Meeting client with a join button and host information, providing an easy way to join the meeting. If a meeting join link is not detected, the meeting will not display. The calendar integration is compatible with Google Calendar and Office 365.
Virtual Background
Virtual background no longer requires a green screen
Participants can choose to remain muted
If participants are muted, the host cannot automatically unmute them. The host must request that participants unmute themselves. Participants always have the option to mute themselves.
Always show Buttons below PMI
The OfficeSuite HD Meeting client will now always show the Start, Edit, and Copy buttons below their personal meeting ID on the Meetings tab to provide easier access to these buttons
Test Computer Audio
Selecting to test your computer audio will now take you to an audio wizard to walk you through testing your audio and adjusting the settings
Share Second Camera
The option to share a second camera has been moved to the Advanced tab of the Screen Sharing window
Participant list is sorted to highlight unmuted participants
Participant list for meetings is sorted so that participants who are unmuted are shown closer to the top of the list than participants who are muted
Hide Myself from My Own Video Display
Previously, if you specified the Hide Myself option to hide your own video display during a meeting, your video would be automatically hidden in your display during subsequent meetings, and you would have to specify Show Myself to see yourself in your own video display. This setting is now set to Show Myself at the start of all meetings, and you must specifically choose Hide Myself during each meeting you attend
Multiple Screen Support for Remote Support Sessions
When the host requests control of another participant’s screen via Remote Support Session, they can now select which screen they would like to control if the participant is using multiple screens.
Meetings Scheduled with Default Audio Type
Meetings will now be scheduled using the default audio type selected on the user's My Meeting Settings page. A different audio type can be selected when scheduling.
Change Time Zone When Scheduling
When scheduling a meeting through the HD Meeting desktop client, the host can now select a time zone different than the computer time zone
Admit All from Waiting Room
You can now admit all participants from the waiting room instead of admitting them one by one.
Waiting Room for External Partipants
Only signed in users that belong to your account will be automatically admitted. Users who do not belong to your account and users who have not signed in will be sent to the waiting room.
Clear and Save All Annotations as Host
The meeting host can clear and save all annotations even if another user is screen sharing.
Upcoming Meeting Reminder
You can now enable meeting notifications from the operating system’s notification center. The notifications will remind you of upcoming meetings and allow you to join with one click
Display up to 49 thumbnails in Gallery View
If you have a supported CPU on your computer (Intel i7 or equivalent), you can enable an option to display up to 49 thumbnails on each screen in the Gallery View.
Enhanced ability to PIN Video
If the host has spotlighted a video, the host or co-host of the meeting, has the ability to pin a different video
Local Recording Enhancements
The local recording settings include an option to include or hide thumbnails during screen sharing, and an option to add a time stamp to the recording
Hot Key to Stop Remote Control
After you have given a meeting participant permission to remotely control your screen, you can use the Alt+Shift+G hotkey to take back control.
Help Information when no Camera is detected
A help dialog displays if you attempt to show your video when a camera is not detected on your computer.
Virtual Background Enhancement
The virtual background has been improved for conditions where the lighting is low
Meeting Invitation Enhancements
The meeting scheduler lets you specify that only attendees from specified domains can join the meeting, and then lets you specify the allowed domains.
Detect When Microphone is on Mute
OfficeSuite HD Meeting detects when participants who are speaking, and reminds them to turn on their microphone if it is on mute.
Maximum Chat Group Size
You can now include up to 2000 participants in a chat group.
Access to the Screen during Remote Control Sessions
During a session in which remote control is enabled, the meeting controls are either hidden or the size of the remote session is reduced. This enables better access for users who are remotely controlling the screen.
Increase in the Maximum Number of Thumbnails
Depending on your screen size and resolution, the maximum number of thumbnails in the active speaker view or a shared screen view will automatically adjust, displaying up to 6 thumbnails.
Approved ability to Unify Audio and Video
Meeting participants who join by phone are reminded of their participant number when they click the Already joined by Phone button so that they can more easily unify their audio and video.
3rd Party Audio Conference Integration
Company Account Administrators can enable users in their account to schedule meetings that use a 3rd party audio provider. Participants who dial into a meeting using the 3rd party audio option can merge their audio with their video, and hosts have the ability to mute the audio.
Limit Screen Sharing Frame Rate
Users can now manually adjust the number of frames per second being sent when screen sharing in the OfficeSuite HD Meeting desktop client General Settings.
1080P Support for Video Sharing
Full High Definition video, 1080p, can now be sent and received.
Audio Watermark
If an attendee records the meeting audio on a voice recorder, their personal information can now be embedded in the audio as an inaudible watermark. This option requires enabling "Only signed-in users can join the meeting" or "Only signed-in users with specified domains can join meetings".
Ability to Stop a Participants Share
The host can now stop a participant’s screen share by going to the Participant List and selecting ‘More’ next to the sharing participant’s name.
Indicator That a Participant is Annotating
The host can now identify which participants are annotating by viewing the participants list. The participants who are annotating will have an indicator in the color they are using to annotate.
Support for Multiple Page on White Board
Hosts can now enable multiple pages for whiteboard. If enabled, they can create new pages, close pages, and navigate between multiple pages.
Allow Removed Participants to Rejoin
Hosts can now allow meeting participants to rejoin after they have been removed. This feature needs to be enabled on the web under Meeting, Group, or Account Settings.
Improvements to the Raised Hand Feature
The raise hand feature will now prompt users to link their audio if necessary to make it easier to speak in the meeting.
Improvements for Searching the Participants List
Users can now search the participants list with a partial string, instead of needing to enter the participant’s full name to search.
Support for Additional USB Audio Devices
Zoom now supports mute, unmute, answer, decline, and ring for Plantronics audio devices.
Share Only Computer Audio
Share your computer audio in a meeting without sharing your screen.
Share Part of Screen
Select part of your screen to share instead of sharing the entire desktop or an entire application
Local Recording with Screen Sharing
Users can enable an option in the client to display the video thumbnail next to the shared screen in a local recording
Audio and Video Quality
Improved Audio and Video Quality with low bandwidth connections
Meeting List with Scheduled and Invited Meetings
Meetings that are on the user’s calendar will be reflected on the HD Meeting client with a join button and host information, providing an easy way to join the meeting. If a meeting join link is not detected, the meeting will not display.
Presence
HD Meeting Presence (available, in a meeting) will change automatically based on detected calendar events. This applies for HD Mtg and non-HD Mtgs.
Zoom into Shared Content in Meetings
When viewing shared content in a meeting a user can now zoom in to the content.
Push to Talk
Allows users to temporarily unmute themselves by pressing the space bar
Audio Notifications when Recording
Users connected over VoIP or by telephone can now be audibly notified when a meeting recording is started, or is resumed after being paused.
49 Video Streams in Local Recording
Local recording in gallery view can capture up to 49 video streams.
Optimize Local Recordings for Third Party Video Editor
Local Recordings can be now optimized for use in third party video editing software. This setting must be enabled in the HD Mtg desktop client.
Remember OfficeSuite HD Meeting window size, tab, and location
When a user logs into the HD Mtg client, it will now remember the window size, tab, and location on screen from the user’s last login
Side by Side Mode for a Shared Screen
Users can adjust the location of the separator between the shared screen and video to change the relative size of each side.
Mute or Unmute yourself using a Headset Control
Using a supported Logitech headset (model H570e, H650e, or H820e), you can press the mute button on the headset to mute or unmute yourself. The updated audio status will be reflected in the HD meeting controls.
Hosts and Internal Participants can see when Guests are Present
The list of participants indicates which participants are guests. The external participants do not see this indicator. Note that users who are signed in using an older version of the client also appear as guests in the participant list.
Preserve Original Sound
Let’s you select whether or not to use the original sound for a specific microphone. Preserving this setting can be useful if you frequently need to switch between microphones.
Customize Waiting Room Screen
The message displayed to attendees when waiting for the host to start the meeting can be customized with logo, title and description
Hotkey Annotation Controls
New hotkeys to undo and restore are available while annotating during a screen share.
Hide Meeting Control Bar
The ability to hide meeting control toolbar is now keyboard accessible
Mute Participants upon Entry
The host has the option to have all participants muted when they join a meeting
Record Individual Speakers
Create separate audio recording files, each isolating the audio of each speaker.
Show Clock in Meeting Display
Show clock in meeting display showing how much time has elapsed
