Can I block Caller ID at certain extensions?
Yes, outbound caller ID may be set to "Private" on an extension level. An administrator may log into the MyOfficeSuite Portal and locate the Phone System tab. From there, they will choose Extension Manager. The admin will find the user extension and select "Outgoing Caller ID." The admin will choose "Private" from the drop-down and click Save. Every time this extension makes an outbound call, their number will show as "Private."
I'm sorry, I should have been more specific... can I shut down INBOUND caller ID on certain extensions?
