Random logging out on CCS Agent Control Panel
We are having problems with users randomly being logged out. Of course when they are logged out they will not get calls from the Inbound Voice Queues and they don't realize they aren't logged out till they aren't getting calls transferred. Anyone having this same problem and know how to prevent this from happening without having to refresh the page every so often?
