Forward direct to VM on a per call basis

Is there a way to forward a call right to an extensions VM without ringing the phone?

Hi Jason

After answering the call, push the button next to Transfer (on the display) then the button next to Voice Mail and then the extension or the button next to the persons name if they are setup on the display.
