How to switch extensions

I need to switch extensions for two users. How do I do this?

    Hi apridgen,

    You can switch extensions through the MyOfficeSuite portal by going to the Extension Manager under Phone System. There you can see all employees and their extension by clicking on Show All Extension. Once the employees list comes up you can add, remove or edit any of your employees extensions.
