How do i have another extension ring on both the orignator line and the secondary line?

For example, i want a supervisor's calls to ring on their own line and their assistant's.

    Thanks for your question, this is exactly what our Monitor Groups were created for. An Admin would need to create a Monitor Group that will allow the assistant  to Monitor the Supervisors extension. The assistant would then need to program  a Monitor Button on their phone, this would allow the assistant to answer calls that come in on the supervisors phone.     It depends on what Model phones you have and how is the call coming in through a Broadcast Group or a Monitor Group? You may want to contact our Support team at 1-888-623-8647, so that they can get more information from you and help provide more specific assistance.

    Is this also what I would use if I want to be able to see if I need to answer a call because our secretary is currently on a call? For example, call #1 comes in and secretary answers and is speaking with someone. Then call #2 comes in shortly after, and I need to answer call #2 because secretary cannot. Currently, our phones are set to "Ring all" when a phone call comes in, but I cannot tell if anyone else is already on a line and I need to pick up.
