How do I call forward our main number longer than 5 hours

Hi Lorenrosenthal,
The timing on call forwarding is dictated by the timing that has been set in your Business Hours setting. You will need to check those settings and revise that time if needed.
You can decide different business hours for a specific DID and make the call forwarding fall within a different time frame for that number only.
If you have Contact Center Services conditional routing you may need to call into our care group 1-888-623-8647, for specific instructions.
