How do I remove call group from appearing on Caller ID?

There was an update done on Sunday, August 12th that cause caller groups to appear on the caller ID instead of the person calling. How do I remove or revert to the previous version before this update?

    Hey RCCSteph,

    The change was meant to create the same experience for users with VVX phones as those users with Mitel phones and cannot be reversed. You should be seeing both. If you are only seeing call groups then there may be another issue.

    Hello we have this same issue, all we see is the call group that transferred the call, not the customers phone number.  how can this be fixed??
