How to configure a outside phone number to utilize multiple lines

Hi Support

we have a number that all the clients call in on. They sometimes complain the line was busy. I have 15 lines. if it is possible, that if the next party calls on that outside number, it get through by utilizing other lines that are available, but by dialing the same number?

or how to make that outside number to hold multiple lines?

    Thanks for your question. OfficeSuite calls should automatically go to the next available line and should have no busy signal. You should contact the our Support team for more troubleshooting.
