how do i change the greeting to say we are on another call? It currently says we are closed

Visual eyes greeting currently says we are closed, should say we are on another call! How do i fix this??

    Hi Valisaan,

    Thanks for your question. I am assuming that you are asking regarding your Auto Attendant greeting and not your voicemail greeting. 

    If you are referring to your Auto Attendant you would change your call routing to the correct message. You can find instruction on how to do that here.

    If you are referring to your voicemail, you would just log into your voicemail to change the message. You can find instructions on how to do that here.
