Maximum login exceeded

I am trying to login an extension to a new phone, and the attempts to login have been exceeded. I reset the pin online, but I still cant access the extension.

    Hi nleapheart,

    Once you have exceeded your log in tries, and reset your pin online, the system implements a 1hr lock out period for security reasons. You should be able to log right back in afterwards.
