Answering outside calls there is a 5 second delay, is anyone else having that issue?

When we answer an outside call there is a 5 second delay before we hear anyone on the phone.  This is only the end of our first month with the phones?  If anyone can give us any advice we would appreciate the help.

    That is not who the system is designed to work. We would need to do some additional troubleshooting to figure out exactly what the issue is. You should contact our support team 1-888-623-8647 for additional help.
