Phone going to voicemail directly

When we set up the phone's this employee's phone was working just fine.  Today I was told that his phone is going straight to voicemail.  I looked at the setting that I can see, put nothing is pressed that should send it straight to voicemail.  I asked him to look at the portal and see if he pressed anything, he said he hasn't touched the portal since he set it up.

Any other suggestions?
