How do I manage External Contacts /Company Speed Dials in the MyOfficeSuite portal?

Rather than one list of external contacts for the entire organization, MyOfficeSuite enables individual users to create and/or import personal contacts. External contacts used for company speed dials are in the development queue but not yet slated for a release.
