eQueues / Contact Center Monitoring of calls

Can I mix and match  eQueues and contact center licenses if I need to monitor agent calls or does everyone need a contact center license ?

    Hey John,

    Thanks for your question, at this time you can not mix and match those licenses. If you need call recording you will need to have Contact Center Services. Hope that helps!
