How can I track phone calls in a call group

Is there any way to track the number of in/out calls and voice mails from a call group?

    Go into call history.  Then setup the date range you are looking for, direction if needed and add a filter for the answered by and set that to your call group.  If you want it to be all call groups you can filter it to starts with 6, or 7 for auto attendants.

    If you save the report you can have it run on a recurring basis and email you the data in csv.
