How can I upgrade my Skype for Business Connector to the OfficeSuite Sidebar version?

If you are currently running the OfficeSuite Connector for Skype for Business v1.2.6 or below it is recommended to upgrade to the newest version of the OfficeSuite for Skype for Business for free. To upgrade to the newest version, it is recommended to uninstall OfficeSuite for Skype for Business prior to installing the latest version. To uninstall OfficeSuite for Skype for Business: 
  1. Go to Programs >> OfficeSuite Connector for Skype for Business >> Uninstall OfficeSuite Connector for Skype for Business. 
  2. When prompted with the following screen, select Yes. image
  3. If prompted to allow the program to make changes, select Allow.
Once removed, follow these steps for installing the newest version of OfficeSuite for Skype for Business:
  1. Go to the App Gallery in the MyOfficeSuite Portal.
  2. Scroll to OfficeSuite for Skype for Business and select Get It Now to begin the installation process.
  3. Save the application to a place that is easy to access. Once downloaded, open the file.
  4. Select Run once the installation dialog box appears. image
  5.  Follow the installation wizard instructions to complete the installation. 
Once you have completed the installation, it is recommended to review the OfficeSuite  for Skype for Business Quick Start Guide to familiarize with the various features of OfficeSuite for Skype for Business.
