What port do i open on my router to use my mobile softphone?

    Although user's should not need to open ports on routers, The port usually used for the Softphone is 5060. If the firewall is blocking all traffic from going out or in, then an outgoing rule to allow RTP protocol packets for media to pass in both directions. This should alleviate any additional issues.
