How do I fix an "Account Not Ready" error message on the PC Softphone?
If you have logged into a PC Softphone and are now getting an "Account not Ready" error message, follow these steps:
- Go to Softphone >> Account Settings and double click on the account listed in the pop up screen.
- From the SIP account screen, check the Call box found in the "Allow this account for:" section and select OK and the bottom of the screen.
- Select OK on the Account Settings screen to close out the pop up menu.
