How Do I Activate My Phone?

Activating your phone is a simple 4 step process.

In order to activate your extension and log it in, you will need your extension number as well as your phone PIN number. You will customize your phone PIN when you set up your MyOfficeSuite account.  If you have a MyOfficeSuite account and are not sure of your Phone PIN, you can reset it yourself by going into the MyOfficeSuite Portal, click on SIGNED IN AS YOUR NAME and choose Reset My Phone PIN.


If you don’t have a MyOfficeSuite account, check with your administrator for your 9 digit default PIN or ask them to reset it for you. Click here for a complete set of instructions on resetting your phone PIN.

1. Press Activate

2. Enter the Extension

3. Enter your PIN

4. Click Enter
