How to Change the Site IP Address
If you have a dynamic IP Address, have moved office locations, or are receiving a “not a valid site” or “invalid site” error code message on your phone, an incorrect Site IP Address may be the culprit. For uninterrupted service it is necessary to have your correct site IP Address registered. Having a correct IP Address is also vital in the event of an emergency. 911 Centers use IP addresses to identify the location of 911 calls.
Editing your IP address is easy using the MyOfficeSuite portal. In the event you need to change or update your IP address you’ll first need to determine the correct IP address. To find out your IP address visit www.whatismyip.com and record it for your records. Next, log into the MyOfficeSuite portal.

2. Next, click the edit icon next to the IP address of the location you need to update.
3. Enter the new IP address and click Save. Only Administrators can edit and update the IP address.
